It is comfortable, and I like the gel pads that come with it that you can freeze or heat in the microwave. I used both cold and heat with my dental surgery. I'm so glad I bought this, as it made all the difference for pain and swelling.

This is perfect for my wisdom teeth removal! My instructions were to ice for 20 mins, no ice for the next 20. The ice packs don’t stay ice cold for too long, but it fits my 20 min icing time perfectly. And it’s great that it comes with 2 sets of ice packs to switch out. They also don’t get completely frozen so they can fit to your face when it’s on. Highly recommend. Comfortable enough that I wore it to sleep one night too.

My son had his wisdom teeth out and he used this. I put the ice packs in the holes first then put the whole thing in the freezer.His biggest complaint was that the ice packs didn’t stay cold for too long. But, it really helped his swelling to stay down and he said it was comfortable! Easy to put on. He highly recommends it.

Got this for my wisdom tooth surgery. The wrap held everything in place perfectly. The ice packs stayed frozen for around 20-30 mins which made it easy to stick to the recommended intervals.When I was ready to switch to heat to help with the jaw pain, I just heated the packs and held them with my hands. 10/10 definitely recommend.As a plus, the ice/heat packs can be reused for any future needs! We keep ours at the ready in the freezer. Don't hesitate. If you had wisdom tooth surgery, nab this and you'll thank yourself later.

Overnighted these before my wisdom teeth surgery in case the place I went to didn’t give me one. Thank god I did! Really is the best bang for your buck, especially since you get 4 ice packs to interchange. The packs last cold for about 30 mins which is perfect for the 20 mins on and 20 mins off technique they have you do. i haven’t tried heating them up yet but I’m hoping they work just as good for heat.So far It’s day two and I’ve had just a little bit of swelling. Between the pineapple juice I drank before to reduce swelling and this product, I’d say my swelling should be gone by day 4!

Build of fabric is really low quality, but is perfect for my TMJ issues when my jaw muscles are very tense.

After dental surgery on both sides of my mouth this product was a saving grace. Easy to put on, easy to fill with cold packs, comfortable enough to sleep in. This came with 4 cold packs rather than 2, so I always had another cold pack ready when the first set warmed up. Sadly I was drooling blood in my early stages of recovery, but the product is easy to wash and quick to dry. If you need to ice your jaw or cheeks this works great!

I had 11 teeth removed for dentures and this ice pack was a life saver. I liked that it was comfortable and the coldness lasted. It came with 2 extra packs to keep in the freezer to change them out. The first night I had to sleep elevated and I wore the ice pack at night and I could comfortably fall asleep with the ice on my jaw. I would think this would be wonderful for any dental work or injury to the jaw area and the strap keeps it in place and is hands free for when you are awake. Great product
