I wasn't sure what to expect from this. It was reasonably comfortable under my legs and cooled them down really well.But after about a couple of hours when I woke up, the top was body temperature and the underside was actually warm.After using it for 3 nights, it didn't get to cool down again to be worth using and it's certainly not something to put in the fridge.i went back to using cold wet flannels with the fans going and that worked much better.

The gel inside keeps you cool and draws your heat in to it witch is amazing. It light weight does exactly what it says. I have also tried the JML cool pillow and found it uncomfortable to sleep with. This one was half price compared to the JML pillow and is much more better

I didn’t buy this product for pain relief but with the hot summer we had, I desperately needed something to keep me cool. I have Hiperhydrosis of the scalp and putting this in my pillow helped enormously. Despite not buying it for pain relief, it helped with my headaches I was getting from the heat. I have told so many people about this product.

Great for 10 minutes then they come up to tempreature and add to the problem. Uncomfortable to lie on and being plastic then add to the problem.AVOID

first night's sleep I have had in a long time. usually wake up boiling hot. this mat is great. not too big and cools instantly. fantastic price.

The gel pillow is a great aid to keeping your head cool when the weather is hot. I found it a little uncomfortable on top of my normal pillow and so placed it under the pillow inside the pillowcase, which just about cooled the pillow and my head down. However, if you are using it in a hot country it doesn't stay cold/cool for many hours but hopefully by then you will be asleep. Would recommend to others, as it was recommended to me.

I got this as I was curious and the weather had warmed up. So if you chill it first it is a bit too cold for me, I found if I left it against the bedroom wall that was cool enough to help me get to sleep. It does not stay cold all the time, it will warm up with you. I also found it quite useful for a sore and bruised knee after a fall.
