Great for toothaches and pain. Especially nice for evening use.
I have purchased and used many 'Orajel' products over the years; and I would have to say that this 'Orajel' Maximum Strength Nighttime Toothache Pain Relief Cream is definitely one of the best! I love that this product goes to work fast, and numbs the pain quickly. I have ordered this particular version of Orajel several times now, and I'm very impressed with its quality. Something interesting about this cream is that it had chamomile in it; which (may) help some people to relax-which is why I think it's considered a nighttime product. The tube has a precise tip, which makes it easy to apply to the areas I need to. It's a decent sized tube, and since a little goes a long way; then the tube usually lasts me a while. This is why I think it's a decent value for money, in my personal opinion. Plus, it works well, and does exactly what it claims to do! Very happy with this product, and highly recommend it!

Relieving pain after 6 extractions!
This toothache medication works well and quickly. Simply rub it on the teeth or gums where you have pain. I used after having multiple extractions and trying to wear a temporary plate. I placed a thin layer on the plate in the areas I knew were rubbing and hurtful.

It helped soothe my pain quite a bit so I could finally sleep in peace. I recommend using it before you lay in bed because it wears off just as fast as it works (probably due to the low doses in the tube). It was easy to put on! Squeeze some on your finger and just apply to where it hurts. The taste is minty but you stop tasting after your tongue goes numb, so I am not sure if that matters to some of you out there.
