The action of the cream is gentle. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ More of a night cream *by D***R on October 4, 2025* For the price point, this Neal's Yard remedies oat and ceramide barrier repair cream comes just packaged inside a 50ml glass jar with no other outer packaging. There is a sticker seal on the jar so you can clearly see if it has been tamper with or not. The product did arrive very well dated mine goes out of date 09/27 and has to be used within 12 months of opening. The instructions state this cream is to be used on the face and neck however I don’t see why this cream also can’t be used on the hands as well. The cream doesn’t contain any SPF and because of this creams texture; it is slightly on the thicker side so I would recommend this more as a night-time cream than a day cream. When using this cream, a little goes a long way; I have combination skin sometimes it very oily, sometimes it’s dry. I felt that this cream was easy to apply and rub into my skin but after it had absorbed, I could still feel it sat on top of my skin for a while. I wouldn’t say I found it over greasy, just slightly sticky and heavy on my skin. Overall, this cream smelled nice but a little bit too rich for my skin unfortunately. I think it’s a good cream option for the colder months ahead.
