That’s what the tack cloth feels like. Sticky. I suggest that you use a new microfiber cleaning cloth that has gone through a washing machine and a dryer. No detergent & no fabric softener. This is no different than putting a glass screen protector onto your cell phone or laptop. You want the screen ultra clean and there should be no residue of your cleaning agents to interfere with your applied film. **Q: Can these be washed and reused?** A: No. I think they would lose their tackiness completely if they were washed.
