This is a good book written by a known authority on automotive systems and operation.  It is designed to help an individual to overcome some handling pitfalls when converting a street car to a drag race vehicle.  This book met all my expectations as I used it in a community service project with high school students while they built a drag race car under my supervision. There is a great deal of information on safety as it relates to the driver and safety gear required or suggested. It provided enough information without going over our heads so I suggest this book to those who wish to understand the dynamics of a race car chassis.  Jeffco
