If there was another 5 STARS I'd give it the 5 stars. It worked as advertised and more. I got into either poison ivy or poison oak a little over a week ago. It just wasn't clearing up. In the pass I normally have to get a shot to clear it up. And I was getting ready to call my doctor . When I googled how to get rid of poison ivy or oak. And they talked about this product. MARIES ORIGINAL POISON IVY & OAK SOAP. I saw it on AMAZON Tuesday night. I ordered it and it was delivered yes day. I did as it instructed. At first I didn't think it was going to work because the blisters were so bad and all over my arms. I bet within 15 to 20 minutes it calmed it down. The itch was almost gone. And this morning almost all the redness was gone . The itch was very little just where new blisters popped up. I'm going to use it again tonight. Thank you MARIE for finding this stuff.

This product is amazing. I did not realize that I had been in contact with poison ivy until about five days after the event, at which time blisters were already breaking out and some of the recommended products were too harsh for my wounded skin. But this soap provided gentle and effective cleansing that alleviated itching, dried up the weepy spots, and soothed my skin. I hope I never need it again, but if I do, then I know what to use.

If you have poison ivy, you need this! If you think you're going to get poison Ivy you need this!This stuff is seriously a lifesaver. My poison ivy rash was in hella itch mode, one wash with this provided immediate relief and after a few days of using this soap, the itch was completely gone. I didn't start until day five with the help of Marie's soap, the itch was gone by day 7. Good stuff. I wish I had started sooner. I will be keeping this soap in stock in my medicine cabinet.

This product does seem to help somewhat with the itch. It has definitely reduced the rash within two days. Better than other things that I have tried.

I have been using this product for many years. It works and I don’t like to be without it especially during the summer months. It is much more natural than other products on the market. I highly recommend everyone try it.

Had the worst case of poison ivy I've contracted in over a decade. Just received this soap and used it. Itching stopped immediately and the rash is already starting to dry out. It's only been 2 hours since I used it.

This soap did relieve the itchiness of my poison ivy while in the shower and felt good on the skin. I didn’t see much improvement in the rash itself while using. After 5 days I ended up have to go to the doctor and get prednisone.

If you are susceptible to getting a rash from poison ivy or poison oak, I highly recommend you have a bar (or two) of this soap available in your home. I volunteer with the California State Parks and am frequently working in areas with poison oak. After volunteering recently, I suspected I may have been in contact with poison oak and stopped for some Tecnu Extreme scrub. This helped me avoid the rash outbreak I had had last year but wasn't preventing some additional bumps and new areas to pop up. After a week of failing to forestall a spreading rash, I ordered a bar of Maries based upon a comment of another volunteer. The bar arrived the next day and after the first day of washing with the soap, the continuing spread of my rash stopped and the raw, erupting patches on my wrists quickly started to dissipate. Washing with Marie's also greatly reduced any itching I was having. In my case, it took about 5 days the areas to be close to normal and about a full week for the rash to clear, but remember, I started about a week after having been exposed to the oils from the poison oak.I'll be bringing a bar with me each time I volunteer now so I can stop at a restroom and wash my arms in a sink before I even return home. And I think I'll always have a spare bar in the house, just in case.
