I wasn’t expecting to love this tortilla blanket as much as I do, but it’s genuinely become one of my favorite throw blankets. It’s incredibly soft and fluffy, and the quality feels better than I expected. The size is perfect, big enough for two people to snuggle under without fighting for coverage. The print looks surprisingly realistic, which makes it even more fun. Beyond the novelty, it’s actually warm and comfortable, especially on colder nights. I also appreciate that it’s lightweight without feeling flimsy. Overall, it’s a great mix of cozy and quirky. I’d definitely recommend it as a gift or just something fun to have around the house.

I originally bought this tortilla blanket back in 2020 during COVID as a joke gift for my taco-loving husband. It was supposed to be funny. Instead, it became one of the most beloved household items we own. For reasons none of us fully understand, my husband is convinced this is the greatest blanket ever created. Never mind the beautiful handmade throw or the Hermès Avalon blanket in the house. This mysterious plush synthetic tortilla disc remains undefeated. According to him, it is the perfect blanket because it “keeps you warm while somehow also keeping you cool,” is the ideal level of cozy, apparently cleans glasses better than a microfiber cloth, and can absolutely absorb a spill in a pinch. Honestly, he equates this blanket to the essential towel from The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, the one indispensable item you should never be without. What’s funny is that since buying ours years ago, I’ve seen many knockoff versions appear everywhere: at friends’ houses, as Secret Santa gifts at school, random department store versions, etc. At first I was honestly a little surprised that other people were also out here buying giant tortilla blankets and integrating them into daily life. None of the others I’ve come across are as soft, plush, convincing, or oddly comforting as this specific one though. There really is a difference. I recently bought a second identical one for my son because it honestly felt like a natural coming-of-age gift in our household, a passing down of the sacred tortilla blanket tradition. The tortilla blanket has fully entered long-term family memory territory. I have no doubt years from now we’ll still be laughing about “tortilla.”

PERFECT TORTILLA I got this gift as a baby shower gift and I chose to make the most of it and wrapped it in tinfoil and chipotle sticker! Look at my adorable presentation of this gift. The dad took it out and was amazing at how SOFT and perfectly sized it was for his new member of his family. gooood blanket. i got one of these like 3-4 years ago as a gift from my parents and it’s still holding up great. it’s not the thickest blanket ever but this is definitely an everyday use of a blanket, it’s not too thick to where you’re overly hot, but it’s not too thin where you’re cold. the color comes kinda yellow-y at first but then after a while it fades to match the photos a little more. i also recently bought my bf the big one for christmas and he loves it. it comes with a little cArrying bag and the size is huge, even for mine which was the medium one, it’s still big and fits for me perfectly. if you’re wanting a fun designed blanket that’s easy to bring anywhere and your friends will think it’s fun, get this.

I got this for my 11 year old for christmas. He LOVES quesadillas. My 16 year old niece helped wrapped christmas gifts and she was sooooo jealous about my son getting this blanket. She thought it was the coolest. Anyway, when my son opened the gift he was SOO excited. Immediately opened it and used it and has been using it since. I got the 71 inch and it could easily keep my husband whose 6"2, 250 lb warm. Its in a circle shape which added more fun for my son. Great gift and great price. Its not super thick but the quality seems good/ok. Its warm and fuzzy but not overly warm. Washes well also!

Soft and cute! It was perfect for my white elephant gift along with a chipotle gift card! The print was not cheap looking and it was not expensive.

Bought as a gift. Looks like the picture and is pretty big. The material is very soft. It came with a storage bag. Definitely a fan favorite for the kids.

I love this blanket. I actually ordered 3 and my coworkers ordered a few as Christmas gifts. Everyone loved them. They soft, good quality, on the thinner side but I prefer that in a throw. They look like an actual tortilla! Was a great gift for the kids!
