This is a fantastic product! Works well to keep our planters hydrated when we’re out of pocket for a few days. We did receive one (1) damages cup- which I shipped back to be exchanged, but can’t get an update- nor is there a way to contact the seller. That’s kind of frustrating. Hoping the replacement cup is headed our way. Once received, we plan to purchase another set!!

We had to leave town on short notice. Ordered this knowing that Amazon would deliver quickly. They worked like a charm, and I don’t have to worry about my plants while we were away.

I bought two of the Hydro cups and as I can see I am not the only one who has experienced broken cups.Of course one of the cups broke in June and the "always free return" as promised on this page stopped on May 31st for me. It seems that during heat the glue of the head is melting and this causes the stake to break because of the weight of the water pot on top. I am somehow betting on the second one which is working so far but I won't expect it to hold for a long time.So much about lying on the page and poor quality. I normally would expect more from a German company with a US subsidiary than this kind of quality and service.

The items are very frágil. 3 of the 4 broke right away. Thaws are not glued well and they did not survive past 2 days

I stuck my first one in the ground, which was not hard ground at all, it was soft garden soil. The green part broke free from the terra-cotta stem, and now it just leaks. The second one I put in the ground leaked the water out right away - when I investigated the problem I saw that the terra-cotta stem had cracked. These are just poorly made.

Ger jämn bevattning en längre tid. Räcker ca 5-6 dagar för Vattenkrävande växter tex tomater i pallkragar beroende på hur mycket det regnat. Har inte hunnit utvärdera längre perioder ännu.Tyvärr var en av plastkopparna trasig pga dålig emballage. Då jag inte hade tid att retunera innan semestern fick jag laga denna själv. Skulle kunnat packas bättre av företaget då jag läste flera recensioner att detta är vanligt att delar är trasiga vid ankomst.

L’idée est très bonne mais les réservoirs en plastiques sont empilés dans leur emballage. Tellement bien empilés que je n’arrive pas à les détacher les uns des autres. Je ne vois pas de scotche. Non plus. Et comme c’est du plastique je n’ai aucune prise pour essayer de les tirer. J’ai essayer de les imbiber de liquide vaisselle mais sans succès. Je ne peux donc pas les utiliser. J’en attends deux autres lots. Je pense les retourner.Si le vendeur pouvait me contacter pour me donner son astuce, j’en serais ravie.

The media could not be loaded.  Ich war im März dieses Jahres bereits auf der Suche nach einer Bewässerung für meine Töpfe und habe 16 dieser Bewässerungstonkegel gekauft. 4 Tonkegel scheinen undicht zu sein. Im Video sieht man wie schnell aus diesen das Wasser heraustropft. So eine 2,5l Füllung ist nach 1 Stunde leer. Die anderen 11 Tonkegel halten was sie versprechen. Ich muss 1 Mal in der Woche den Behälter nachfüllen. Bei einem System hat es während des Füllens geknackt. Als ich das System aus der Erde herauszug um nachzuschauen hatte ich nur den Kunststoffbehälter in der Hand. Da ist das Gewinde mit dem Ton gebrochen sodass sich das nicht mehr befestigen lässt. Leider versuche ich bereits seit 3 Wochen (seit Inbetriebnahme der Behälter) die Firma zu erreichen. Weder auf Amazon über die Rückfragefunktion noch telefonisch über die Homepage ist jemand erreichbar. 25 Minuten Warteschleife. Egal zu welcher Tageszeit. Deshalb Punktabzug. Die Frage nach Ersatzmöglichkeiten kann ich deshalb auch nicht beantworten. Aber trotzdem 4 Sterne, da das System an sich gut funktioniert

Grundsätzlich kann ich die Gefäße empfehlen. Wir nutzen sie jetzt schon im zweiten Jahr.Allerdings waren sie für mich als Frau nicht auseinander zu bekommen. Mein Mann musste sie auseinander ziehen.Da sollte man dringend an der Verpackung arbeiten.

Genau die richtige Bewässerung für das Hochbeet auf der Terrasse! Auch für die gute Fee in meiner Abwesenheit einfach zu befüllen. Bin sehr zufrieden!
