I took the information directly from the fried Hunter relay that was taken from the box. The new one i got from Amazon worked perfectly. **Q: Is this compatible with for this product I'm getting a pump fault with the orbit 27896** A: I am also getting a pump relay fault with a new Orbit 57950 timer/controller. The fact that the yellow relay wires are much heavier than the 18 gauge wires of my sprinkler systems wiring runs, makes me suspect that the relay takes more amps than the controller can supply. **Q: do i have to install 15 feet away from the controller** A: I did not installed so far. In fact it is near the pump itself and also to the controller.... Running fine for mora than three years...bye **Q: At 120v how many amps is this relay rated for??** A: The literature says its rated for pumps up to 2HP at 120VAC. Works as it should. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great for switching on sprinklers between my Rainbird and Yaskawa controllers *by A***R on July 2, 2025* It works great with my Yaskawa pump controller (VFD).
