Miken Izzy Psycho Supermax USSSA Slowpitch Softball Bat

I'm loving this bat. Got it broken in after about an hour of hitting some balls off of the tee. When I get ahold of a pitch I'm sending it about 50' deeper than I was with my old crappy bat. The ground balls I've hit have just popped as well, moving so fast that short/3rd don't want to get in front of them to field them. I also really love the orange on black color scheme. It's much improved from the prior year Psycho models imo. Now if it could only help me be patient and hit to right field...Anyone know of a bat that can do that?

Bought this bat and the team has had great success with it. Don't believe all these reviews about the bats being the difference maker in hitting home runs. What you want in a bat is a large sweet spot, a good grip and durability and this bat has all three. If you're a home run hitter, you can pick up almost any bat and hit home runs with it. But for those that put stock into that sort of thing, 7 home runs were hit with this bat by my team in a double header. If we didn't hit the limit, more could have been hit.

Bat does not have the "pop" that was expected. Will have to try another brand, this was a bad choice.

Everyone who trys this bat wants it. Multiple players have asked to borrow it for different nights. It warmed up in just a few swings and even balls off the end or handle are smoking hot. Great bat for anyone looking for consistent power, or looking to overcome "warning track power." I've yet to be disappointed in a Miken product.

I based my purchase on the reviews here and they are relatively accurate but not 100%.1. This bat is not very hot right out of the gate. To break in the bat it took at least 100 hits. Lose the impression that the ball is going to fly off the bat on your first swing.2. The sweet spot is not very big and this bat is not forgiving. If your swing is off (either too early, late, or you miss the sweet spot), you can expect a pop up or weak line out. Some bats have a bigger area where if your swing is off the ball will still be hit relatively well. This is not that sort of bat.All that being said, the bat is overall very good and I am very happy with the purchase. The bat will definitely add distance to your hits (upwards of 50 feet). You don't even need to swing hard as the bat does a lot of the work. For a 27 oz bat it feels very heavy (like the 32 oz bats I used to use) since it is end loaded. If you want to spend the little extra money on a bat that will add some distance then this is a very good investment.

This bat has a lot of pop, can easily add more power and distance to your swing. First two games I went 8-10 with 4 doubles, 1 triple, and 8 RBIs. Balls were maxing out around 275 280 but it was a colder night. I expect this bat to clear the 300 foot fence in the summer.

This bat is amazing. I did a lot of research on reviews for this bat and I'm convinced. Haven't got a chance to use it yet but this season is gonna be good. I already own a Miken psycho and this is the extreme upgrade. I have no doubts it will be amazing. Super fast shipping too. Said it would be a week. Came in two days. Impressed

I love this bat out the wrapper it was STUPID HOT got it game day and took it strait to the field and had 5 ups to the plate and hit 5 SUPER BOMBS!!!!!!💣💣💣💣💣 Each around 400ft give or take a Little completely crushed the ball it makes me want to order another one just to have it put away so I could keep it as a backup for when this one dies on me after my 1 year warranty feel like I gotta get it now b4 It becomes discontinued and I'm SOL
