Picross, Hanjie, Griddlers, Nonograms: 130 Puzzles: 2 (Hanjie Books)

Love these logic puzzles! I did them years ago but the name of them is always different, I'm sure the book was called Tsunami puzzles the last time I did them. But so glad I've found them again. I can spend hours on them. Taken a couple of photos to show they start from easy beginners and go right up to very difficult. Would definitely recommend for all ages. Once you understand how to do them they're addictive. This book also has easy to follow instructions at beginning if you've never done them before. Would recommend using a pencil rather than a pen for when you make mistakes.

I like these very much but DJape doesn't explain how you find out certainties when the numbers don't exceed the gaps, which means I can't figure out the hard ones at all. 4 stars for this reason plus, and it isn't their fault, I like completing these with gel pens because it's kinder on my arthritic hands. This means the ink goes through to the other side of the page onto puzzles on the other side which is a little distracting.

A bit disappointed that the puzzles are a quite simple. There's a lot of easy/medium ones to get through, on smallish grids, before getting to the more difficult ones. I haven't tried them yet but the grids don't look very detailed and very few are described as "hard".It's difficult to tell what some of the early pictures actually are after completing them; even after checking the solutions in the back of the book.On the plus side...good quality paper!

Its great fun. its start from beginner level up to advanced which is really hard but on the first pages there is an instruction with an explanation of the basic rules of the nonograms. on the back, we can find a solution if we stuck with something. I definitely enjoy this kind of entertainment. The paper is of good quality. Recommend for someone who likes this kind of stuff.

I love doing this type of puzzle there are Picross puzzles in here for all abilities beginner, intermediate, and seasoned puzzlers and great value for money as well

My wife loves doing Hanji but finds that the size of the nonograms in these books is a bit tiny to be staring at for hours. What we have to do is scan and up-scale them to fill an A4 sheet. Drives me mad but I love her so I do not begrudge the paper and ink. Much.

The book has good quality paper and I enjoyed doing the puzzles (all Hanjie type). My only complaint is that there were probably too many 'easy' puzzles, but there were bigger puzzles in the second half of the book which made it a worthwhile purchase. Overall, I was happy with this book.

Looks like the kind of puzzles my family love. Hope it gives a lot of fun cos their not cheap
