It was a perfect fit! I'm 5'3 and weigh 210 pounds size 16 jeans. I ordered an XL. I wore it the rest of the day and went to the gym. The material is very light weight and it's not extremely tight or uncomfortable. When I was at the gym. It helped me sweat twice maybe even three times as much as I usually do. That's what I loved about it. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for. The only things that I didn't like about the suit. I didn't prewash it (which there wasn't any instructions to) so it stained the inside of my workout tights between the legs black. The other thing I didn't like is the zipper doesn't lock so it unzips about an half inch. So if you have a larger belly this may become an issue. Other than that it's a great product. Because of the two flaws I'm just deducting one star. (I'm on my tippy toes to show the length of the suit in the pic. I had one of those belts that go around the midsection. I could never get it tight enough, the one with velcro had to be just right . The one with a zipper was too loose or too tight.The one piece Sauna suit is perfect. The material is heavy duty with good seams. In my opinion, it's well made. I ordered the next size up because of reviews, Its very easy to get on. I have big arms and was worried about the fit. Snug but not a problem. The butt and thighs are not tight at all. I put a tshirt over it and it looks like I'm wearing a pair of shorts. I really like it and soon I will be getting the next size down.I use an Elliptical. The suit does not restrict my movement. I didn't get hot like I expected to so when I took it off, I was surprised by how much I had been sweating. I felt pretty good! After the first time, I just kept it on while I did chores in the house. Now the weather has cooled off I think I will be wearing it under my clothes while doing yard work. It will help support my back and keep my muscles warm. (I actually look forward to it.)I've recommended it to my friend.
