Great sound quality, I’ve tested it out but can’t wait to use this product for clinicals. The value seems to be high quality. I thought that the color was extremely cute but it’s even better in person. It’s very lightweight so I assume it will be comfortable to wear.

I bought this for nursing school fundamentals course, it is amazing pretty and I enjoyed that I was able to have something of quality and also looked nice. The size was just as I expected and the tubing and ear pieces are nice as well. There is also replacement ear tips incase they get damaged. I have used it a few times to listen to my partners heartbeat and was able to hear it super clear, I can see this being easy to use and learn with in school. I know some say to get a cheaper stethoscope for school but the value of Littmann is unmatched, the warranty is amazing and I have coworkers that have had one for years.

My wife is retired medical worker and I wanted her to have the Stethoscope that she said was the most beautiful one that Littmann makes. Well, I don’t know if that is true, but it sure is quality, and is stunning color to look at. Great price and comes in a very nice box for safe storage. She loves it.

Right out of the box I tried this 3M Littman Classic lll Monitoring Stethoscope without recognizing there is a user's manual in the box. When it didn't work I thought oh no I got one of the duds from the bad reviews but then I thought (brilliantly!) maybe there's a user's manual and I'm overlooking some important detail. So I checked the box and sure enough I found out I was putting the earpieces into my ears exactly backwards and that made all the difference! This stethoscope went from hearing nothing at all to hearing perfectly and even after expecting great things from it after paying $100, it still surprised me how great this stethoscope performs! Do not hesitate to buy this product. I only wanted it to check out my own condition and to listen to other family member's hearts, but any professional looking for a quality stethoscope, this should be what you get. I'd only advise three things....one, read the user's manual, two put them in your ears the RIGHT way, and 3, do not hold it by the smaller circle or you will only hear your hand when it moves, but hold it by the larger circle's rim or the stem inbetween the two and you'll get a very clear sound of what's going on inside your 'victim'. jk lol

This stethoscope has been with me since I started nursing school. Overall it has been great and has held up over 2 years. There no noticeable wear and tear from use and the sound quality is great! I highly recommend as it is great quality for the price.

Pretty reliable and well made stethoscope. No issues and good clarity when in use. Comes with low frequency bell and higher frequency bell with east of use. currently being used in a student clinicals and breath sounds were easy to hear as well as heart sounds. Notes: - Very good first stethoscope - comfortable earpiece - would recommend
