Drilled 12 holes, 2 feet deep, with a 3/4 bit. Very horizontal. I can normally fill 20 or so holes with one bag. I wanted to be there when it cracked so I drilled 10 more holes in between the holes and put in 10 wedges. And after less than 12 hours got a nice beautiful flat crack.
