Patience is a virtue.
The four plants looked a bit battered but the root balls looked OK and I wasn't expecting them to do much this season. After a couple of months, three are showing signs of life and hopefully the fourth will decide to grow next spring unless the ducks eat them first.

Well packed
I had to keep the plant inside the open plastic bag until I had bought a container for it . It didn't suffer at all and it is now in the pond looking healthy . Looking forward to seeing it flower .

Brilliant
I received two water forget me not plants today. Both look really healthy but what surprised me more was that they came with a pond pot and soil as well as instructions to plant. I have had a pond for over 40 years and ordered plants on line for many years but never received such a helpful complete set. Living in an isolated place it was a real pleasure to be able to plant them immediately without having to faff around searching for the right stuff. Well done - I would buy from this place again.

The plant looked poorly
Most of the stems were broken. The plant looked asphyxiated in a knotted plastic bag. I could not save any of the stems as they were broken from near the rootball. I had to remove almost all of them. I’ve planted what was left and am hoping for the best.

Mostly dead
Arrived looking completely dead with brown mushy leaves. Think lettuce that’s been in the back of the fridge for a month too long.Rinsed off what I could and planted what was left. I’ll update if it survives.

Good plants, well packaged.
Well packed and arrived quickly.By the time I'd messed about planting it (easily split into three roots as I had a couple of spare pots), the plant tops looked quite bedraggled. This is not a problem as there is the rest of the season to recover. As with all new pond plants, they only begin to look their best the following year.I'm a repeat buyer from this nursery and am once again very pleased.
