Formula for determining cubic volume is misrepresented in description for rectangular pan. Should be: length x width x depth (of pan, not height of pebbles)/21 = pounds of product...product is also overpriced...not ordering from this supplier again

These Lava Stones are quite a bit heavier than the stones that came originally with my Propane Fire Pit, however, they look Great and perform Very Well. The original Lava Stones cool quite quickly, likely because they are less dense, which also makes them more brittle. It is the brittle property that caused the original stones to disintegrate over time. The new ones look to be much more resistant to disintegration.

Hard to imagine calling stones gorgeous, but these ones are! They are heavy, heavier than I anticipated, but I think that’s a good thing. They’re very smooth and quite attractive looking. We bought one bag to fill in our gas fire ring. Perfect.

Very disappointed on how many lava rocks in the 10 pound bag for $40. I put a comparison of the 10 pounds bag of lava rocks and 10 pounds of potatoes. This is not a very good product. Extremely mad.
