So I ordered this product what feels like forever ago just because of how long it took to ship and not checking the negative reviews til purchasing. For 1. It almost looks like when you go through the reviews, that some are fake, but some are real and almost interchangeably good and bad so at some point you can't tell what's real and what's a fake review. Fortunately, I am pretty sure this product is real. why? well it is the 2.4 ounce size which I saw someone comment it wasn't but it is 70 grams which matches up. I watched a few videos on how to spot fakes and real ones, and it didn't slide down my arm and was a creamy yellow which matches up with the 2023 version. I saw a lot of negative reviews on it not being the older version which I understand when you purchase something you expect what's advertised, but when ordering a foreign sunscreen you need to do your due diligence and double check the formula and package changes for the simple fact that this product is lowkey illegal in the U.S. and not regulated. Really, I feel like it is just common sense when using a foreign product to like I said just double check. Now, it does have an alcohol smell but for as much skincare I have tried in this life it's no where near as bad as people are complaining. If you have super sensitive skin just don't buy it. But it didn't dry out my skin, kept my retinol face from peeling in the sun, and dried down beautifully. BTW don't glob this on your face it's a sunscreen not a serum or moisturizer, if you need some more apply it in layers and a little larger than a pea sized amount. Will I purchase again? no just because of the shipping time and the anxiety waiting to see if this product was real or not. Next time I will purchase a broad spectrum sunscreen that's still a korean/japanese product but with prime shipping.

Japanese and Korean women's skin is legendary. They often look fantastic, even at age 80. You pay a premium for their skincare products but it's one of those things where it's totally worth it.I did some research on the top ten non-clogging, non-irritating, and non-full-of-crap and chemicals sunblocks I could find. This JAPANESE version of Biore was on many of the lists.Light, watery, and highly-absorbent. Did not irritate my skin or make me itch or sneeze. No strong smell . Worked under my foundation very nicely. Seems to keep working even when you sweat or go in the water. Unlike those mineral-based sunscreens, Biore doesn't make you look as if you're wearing mime makeup. Contains hyaluronic acid, known to boost your skin's natural moisture. People with sensitive skin will like that it is not greasy and won't clog your pores.One of my favorite sunscreens ever.

in my quest of finding the perfect sunscreen I have tried several, some very disappointing some just about okay. When I heard about this Japanese brand I had to give it a shot. This is the perfect sunscreen if there ever was one! Light consistency, no white cast what so ever ( I have brown tan skin) is moisturising which gives a lovely dewy finish that dries completely. Perfect to be worn under make up , does not cause any issues with make up sliding off. Very thin and can be layered for optimum protection. 10/10!Go get it!

Okay...I'm a red head who lives at high elevation. Translation: easiest sunburn situation in the world. (In summer at least). I put this stuff on once in the morning and it lasts all day. I've worn it the last 6 weeks of summer and I haven't gotten red or anything. No ghost white film on my face. No constant reapplication. Feels silky smooth. I just can't believe this stuff exists. One thing I will say is that it appears to be schmutzing my shirt collar. Most sunscreen does that anyway, so I don't hold it against this one. But that's literally the only point of improvement I can think of.

I've only been using this product daily for less than a week now. This past weekend I spent time during peak hours in a park, no shade, at 90*F. I put it all over my face. I did not burn on my face at all. The product definitely works and provides good protection.The only thing that I really am not a fan of is it has a strong rubbing alcohol smell. I'm sure it's high on the list because they use that to help the product dry faster on the skin. On the flip side I can't help but wonder if it's also drying out my skin. I already have skin that's combo to dry so it concerns me a little. Thankfully, it goes away after a few minutes and doesn't stick around.I do like this product and haven't yet tested it under makeup. That will be next. I like this for the summer since I will get sweaty being outside anyway and my face will naturally sweat/oil up over time. So right now the alcohol scent doesn't bother me too much. However, I don't think I'll be using this same product come winter.

Besides some face creams with sun cream in it I’ve never found any standalone face sunscreen, I like they all seem too heavy or sticky. And then I’m just bad about wearing it because of it This is a game changer. lightweight and soaks in easily. It does have a bit of an alcohol smell others noted just at the very start, but it goes away very quickly and doesn’t bother me. Definitely the best lightweight sunscreen I’ve ever used and I won’t be going back. I can see why everyone saying Japanese and Korean sunscreen brands are better than US.

This is an incredibly lightweight, dewy and glowy, top quality spf from Japan. I think it went viral a few months ago and with good reason. Unscented, hydrating, pleasant to use and to re-apply. Highly recommended and just as good as the best loved Korean spf. No pilling under makeup or on top of other skincare products (I have a daily multi-step routine). Definitely a new spf staple in my collection.

Adore this sunscreen - I’m redhead and very fair, so high SPF is a given. This absorbs fast, sits well under primer and makeup and doesn’t slide off - I’m a total convert to it!

Perfect for sensitive skin without being too oily or or thick.

I am very fair skinned and burn easily, so a good sun cream is important to me. I have tried many, but this has really impressed me. I applied a good amount in the morning then went out in 30 degree sunshine all day (bald head and all) and did not get any sunburn at all. Fantastic.
