I use it on coiled or kinky textures to get the hair dry fast and straight. I mostly use medium heat to work out the water then hit the hair with high heat and tension to get it straight. I think the side vents help keep the heat from getting too intense too quickly and helps distribute the heat better. I really like that it provides tension on the hair to get it as straight as possible before a flat iron and/or curl and this provides a great base for those styling services. Highly recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked Well for Me *by L***S on May 29, 2024* This didn’t fit on my Hot & Hotter blow dryer, but I happened upon a basic two-setting Revlon blow dryer and it fit very well/snug. It did fall off once or twice, but overall, it stood up to my very thick, kinky hair. The heat of the blow dryer did not affect the integrity of the comb attachment at all, and it seemed to help get my hair dry more quickly.
