I am curious how this band holds up to sweat? Does it start to stink after a couple days wearing it on hot days like a lot of leather bands?

I have no problem with mine (and i am pretty sweaty), I wipe mine once a day with a damp clean cloth and there are no issues - it does smell of leather but there is no stink (as far as I can tell).

how long is the band ?

One side of the band is 4.25 inches and the other side is 3.25 inches which equals 7.5 inches total added to your watch size.It fit perfect on my Seiko Solar watch. Love the band. Has held up well over the past 3 months working on my ranch.
