I’ve suffered with Sciatica pain every morning and thought I’d try this because I use a normal pillow and it helps a little . This is comfortable and fits well to sleep on your side . I’ve used it for a week and have found it really improves my sleep and reduced my pain in a morning . I didn't expect to use this pillow as much as I have done! I use it for back pain as a side sleeper and I have also used it throughout my pregnancy. It can also support your neck - I have even used it outside to read a book on the grass.It would be better if it was made of natural materials (I generally go for wool filled pillows) or to have such an option (rather than foam) but its been extremely useful. Waiting for a hip op and as all know may take years , but sleep becoming more and more difficult. Tried two other knee cushions and actually made sleeping worse. This however has already in a few nights changed my dread of laying down. Very sceptical at first as so solid, but after a couple of minutes it almost appears to change shape to the contours of your knees and I had no difficulty in falling asleep. First time in six months I have had 7.5 hours uninterrupted sleep. A bit costly compared to others on the market, but if needing to keep your spine more in alignment during the night, I highly recommend this unit.

Good idea but just too deep so uncomfortable to sleep with as it’s also very firm. Having bought this I now find several friends and relatives have also discarded there’s.

Works surprisingly well

My partner has a lower back/ hip problem and this product was suggested to us to help sleeping comfort. It works really well. We purchased a second one for when we travel.
