Mark Setter and Mark Softner
If you are working with Waterslide decals; these are essential to bringing out the best quality. Mark Setter acts like a glue, helps the waterslide decal stay still. Mark Softner is used when you're applying the waterslide decal around curves or edges. Mark Softner helps it lay down when it keeps standing up. Now if you're working on a gold plated kit or chrome kit; I recommend only using water. Then maybe a thin coat of Gloss Top Coat to seal the waterslide decals. I had use the Mark Setter, Mark Softner on a PG Phenex, and on larger waterslide decals it left a milky white residue. That's probably from me applying too much or the gloss top coat I had applied previously. With chrome and gold plated kits it's safer to not apply anything or take the less is more approach.

Make applying decals easier
This product helps apply your decals to model kits much easier and come out better. If you are looking for ways to improve the quality for you model kits this is a easy way. You use the setter to help your decals stick better to your kits, especially if you have painted them. Use the softer to help your decals bend and shape to non flat areas of your kit. And yes you can use both on a decal. It take so little product per decal that this stuff will last you a long time.

Product arrived earlier than expected which was great!! The setter and softer both worked great, but unfortunately the softer was packaged improperly and leaked about 1/3 of the product spilled everywhere :( Other than that product was great and I will be buying again!!

The Perfect Decal Softer and Setter for fine Models
Perfect items for any decals you have for the current model your working on. Prepare your model with the softer ( Green ) bottle and this allows you to gently maneuver the decal into precise placement. once in the position you want it, dry with a cotton bud and use the Setter ( Blue ) bottle to dry the decal and permanently keep the decal in place. Highly Recommend!
