So far, I've used it most for writing pre-op notes and making sure I don't forget anything on my H&P's. Keep in mind that it's small, only a few pages long, but all the information is very relevant and useful. It fits neatly into my white coat or scrub pockets. Some people have complained about the small writing on a background of different colors, but that never bothered me. I still see interns regularly referring to it. However, if you are a PCT, LPN, BSN, MSN or even an NP this guide could very well come in handy.
