This product works well for me. I don't take the same amount all the time or even everyday ! ...for me they work quickly if I had been out of them for awhile & have been getting up 2X or more to urinate, I take four or five & by second night I have noticed the desired effects. Better rest and sexual performance , due to lessening or eventual absence of BPH !

The only Saw Palmetto that works for me. I have never used any of Eclectic Institute's products that I didn't like. Good company, good products.

Personally I have noticed a positive effect when i take this regularly. I have taken it off and on for over 2 years. I find it extremely worth it to me.I believe different individuals get different results. Whenever I have stopped or missed a few days I notice the difference
