Yes . Excel probably make the best rabbit food out there. But this should make up about 10% of the diet with 80% being hay

Perfectly suitable. My nethie loves it as all of my others do. Just remember that pellets should only be fed in small amounts. At least 80% of a rabbits diet should be hay - minimum.
