It took me many years to discover I had those problems, how they were affecting my weight and health, then to know what to do about them.     I incorporated what I was learning into my work with clients. Most of them didn't have the same issues I had, but the process of discovery, and the methods of implementing small changes for big results are universal. It was the clients who convinced me to write the book. They wanted something to take home and refer back to.     The Wine and Chocolate Workout is about finding the balance between work and play and discipline and indulgence.
