The product is a generally simple design that works great for the intended purpose and aside from effort of lifting a 75" screen, is straightforward to attach to the mounting plate. The more confusing part are the instructions and a multitude of extra parts included to meet a multitude of different scenarios. I did find the included pan-head screws were too short and had to make a visit to the hardware store to purchase new screws about a half cm longer. With the original screws plus the flat washers, the screws couldn't even engage the threads of the Samsung Q90R.
