The first thing that I noticed is that they are HEAVY. Really sturdy. The second thing was how well they were packaged! The grates were in plastic and then in between 3 sheets of Styrofoam with corner guards Impressive! Then, I put them on the grill. They fit perfectly. Some reviews noted that they could be "out of square." (And the included instructions DO say how to fix that.) Mine were perfectly square so I didn't have to adjust anything.
