Product was fine, customer service, not so much.
The item was what I had ordered. Except I ordered a 25 pack and was send an 8 pack. Upon talking to 2 different individuals, the 1st individual immediately fixed the error and sent me the 25 pack, with 2 day shipping, and he told me, that I could keep the 8 pack. The next night I receive an email stating I had to send the 8 pack back. Neither sales rep could tell me a price for the 8 pack of hooks, as I was going to have them add it to my existing account balance. I went on the website and found out the 8 pack of hooks was a $4.22 item, which they insisted I send it back. Strike 1 for "Customer Service".
