I have very tough time sleeping. Ive tried 7 over the counter products to no avail. Tried these n I LOVE them. 2 every night before bed and I can fall asleep within 20 minutes. Id recommend these to anyone.

I originally purchased this product after it came up on an Amazon search to assist with symptoms of Menopause. Not only did it address my hot flashes, it also assisted with other issues I was having such as swelling in my ankles and stomach area and headaches. It does not make me want to sleep, however, as described in the product description, but it is very relaxing. The product dosage suggests taking twos pills at a time, I found that I needed to decrease my dosage to one pill with a meal and then another with my next meal just because it relaxed my muscles so much. Although it did not work for me to promote deep sleep, it really helped me with muscle cramping, bloating and swelling in my feet. Drinking water and eating with this product is highly recommended.
