Great bread flour
Having tried many bread flour, I found Canadian wheat was best (high protein content and sunshine). Makes lovely breads and I sometimes use it to make pizza as well as it's light. Great value for money as well. Comes in small, medium and large size. Highly recommend.

High protein, quality flour from respected company.
If you want to give your family the best that you can, then Marriages 100% Canadian Great White Flour is a great way to start. Canadian Bread flour is the Rolls-Royce of flours, and Mathews is a well-known and respected company. The flour is securely presented in strong brown paper packs and further wrapped in thick polythene, and ultimately enclosed in inner and outer cardboard boxes. You can have confidence that your flour will arrive safely and hygienically. Those of you who make your own bread will already be aware that Canadian Bread Flour has a higher protein content than other weaker bread flours. Mixed to a ratio of 50/50 with stone-ground wheat or spelt, homemade bread becomes an important part of a healthy, high-fibre diet. I like to add a sprinkle of ground seeds to my everyday loaves; this adds a little extra to our diet. I also exchange some of the water for a little organic oat milk, which gives a slightly softer crust that suits our needs. I also choose to add a good shake of mixed herbs to some of my loaves, which I love to cut into chunks and serve with soups or salads. Canadian strong bread flour does cost a bit more than home-grown flours, but it is nutritionally superior. I am happy that it is a very important part of a meal and not just a way of filling up a spare gap. Considering its importance, I feel that it is money well spent, but that does not prevent me from keeping an eagle eye out for special offers and stocking up accordingly.

Great for sourdough bread.
This flour has taken my sour dough bread to the next level. The high protein means that is rises well and holds its shape.

Absolutely superb
This is the best multi-purpose flour I bought so far for my use. Silky soft bread dough, super fine texture and perfect stretchability. Super thin and crispy crusts. Everything turns out extra well with this without extra effort. Especially Bretzels. I started a sourdough on it and will give the result a go today. Can highly recommend, worth the cost.

Quality bread flour
Excellent flour.. plenty of strength, makes superb bread and rolls, mix it with wholemeal 50/50 to get a tasty lighter loaf. I used Paul Hollywood " bloomer" recipe, one of my best ever, mind you, our old Kenwood chef takes the donkey work out of kneading. Keep up the good work.

I am an artisan bread maker. This flour gives excellent results either by itself or mixed with whole-wheat and or rye flours in sourdough breads.
