Yale is the sister company so be ware it's the same garbage. Don't waste your money on this
Same as other reviews it only works for a year, the touch screen doesn't work anymore. Yale is the sister company so be ware it's the same garbage. Don't waste your money on this, the company customers service is the worst. Let's make sure they go out of business they don't deserve our hard working cash.

defective
My version stopped working. The face plate no longer lights up so you cannot punch in your code. looks like there was a recall. Cost me money to have it removed.

So much potential but bad workmanshi
Loved this lock initially, it's easy to use and auto locks. 5 months later one of the digits don't work essentially making the lock useless. It's a real shame because it had so much potential.

Cool when it works, but it doesn't work.
Here is the quick and dirty on this unit - the touchscreen fails after less than 12 months.March 2013: PurchaseAugust 2013: Touchscreen failedJune 2014: Touchscreen failedMarch 2015: Touchscreen failedMarch 23, 2015: Original retailer has refunded the purchase price due to multiple failures. The same thing fails every time in my case... and it seems like other people have had the exact same thing happen.Fortunately Arrow has always repaired the lock regardless of whether it was in warranty or not for me (at least since the original purchase date.Unfortuately each time it has failed I've had to call their tech support and get a RMA number, then take it off my door (leaving a hole), and then pay for shipping out of my pocket. Either of these issues are annoying in themselves, much less both of them.I have since (17 March 2015) switched to the Schlage BE365VCAM716 Camelot Keypad Deadbolt.

Loved it... right up until it failed
Loved the concept, the look, the features and ease of use.And then the screen failed, after being in use for a little over a year. Here's the kicker, it was installed on the front door, and the house is exited from the side door and garage 99% of the time. The Arrow Revolution lock screen was used less then 2 dozen times and has already died. It has a 3 year warranty, but of course only 1 year on the DEFECTIVE and FLAWED MANUFACTURING of the electronics, which figures. I bought 2 of these locks at the same time and and now wonder when the other will fail. It was installed only recently. I feel ripped off and that they should be replaced free of charge.

Loved it, until they failed
Loved it, until they failed. Four of them on all my exterior doors. Too bad warranty ran out before they started failing. Was briefly thinking of replacing them, but will go with another brand. Save your money, don't by these locks.

Clearly a manufacturing problem on this unit. A complete waste of money
We have the same problem as the other reviewers..."catastrophic failure of the unit". I now own a $250 paperweight, as the electronics warranty is only one year. Even after a long call with customer service, the only response is "one year warranty".Don't touch this unit unless you want to waste your money. Actually, touch it...it won't respond on the touch screen anyway.

Great lock
We have two on our office doors and they were easy to program and easy to use. We have had them for about a year and aside from having to change the battery once in a year, we have had no trouble with them.
