Talens Royal Liquid Masking Film

I first saw this in a YouTube video by crafter Sandreartes (may have spelled that wrong) where they were using it to separate layers of UV resin. It works very well for this. Make sure to use multiple coats though. It dries very quickly, which could be ideal or a very bad thing, depending on what you're using it for. I've used it on several projects, and don't appear to have made a dent in the fairly small bottle yet. A little goes a long way! Once it's dry, it just peels right off and can be rolled up into a little rubbery ball. While I've only used this with resin so far, I do intend to try it with other mediums. I'm quite happy with this stuff, and will buy it again, if I ever manage to use this bottle up. Just be sure to use with good ventilation, as it has an intense ammonia-like smell while still wet.

This product is great for masking. The problem I have is that if you are using it on ink that you want to keep, it will fade, at least if you are using PIXISS Alcohol Ink Paper. I have not tride it on other papers.

Easy to apply, and easy to remove and clean off of your project, but only if it's applied thick enough. This is normal for liquid masking material.It does dry quick for a water based coating. Sticks extremely well, and fills small gaps. I do like the quality of theasking film, but also the container and cap

Excellent product and less expensive than local art stores. This is really good masking fluid and a lot cheaper than art stores. Dries quickly, products against paint and rubs off easily. Ordering this on Amazon saves both time and money. I highly recommend this product.

I used the product to mask some fine toothed gear teeth while spray enameling other sections of the rest of the gear. Worked effectively. Dry enamel simply peels away with this product from any surfaces it protects. May need some practice to understand, but perfect for its purpose.

I love this! This Masking fluid is the last masking fluid you will ever need. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!Doesn't tear up the paper, comes off EXTREMELY EASY.

Was a giant clump in the bottle, and had already been exposed to the air. So not only old but probably used to before I ever bought it... Such a letdown.
