If you fallow the sizing chart you shouldn't have a problem. I just wore it for a 25 mile bike ride and didn't have any chafing issues. The shorts are comfortable and stay put. The jersey fit great and stayed down while I was riding. Good buy I would buy another. All day people asked me where I got my kit! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome padded cycling set *by T***L on July 2, 2019* I absolutely love this miloto set. I am 205lbs and I wear a 1xl or 2xl depending on the cut of the clothes. I ordered a 3x just to give me a little extra room. The top fits very comfortable and breathable it wasn’t tight around my arms at all easy to zip up and down with plenty of room. The bottom fit perfect as well. I have other bottoms where it was too tight around my knee. The bottoms fit perfect and I had a lot of room. With the padded bottoms it is recommended that you don’t wear underwear with them. So you don’t have any chafing. And this is the first pair of padded bottoms that worked for me. No pain at all no chafing very comfortable. I recommend this set. Plus it made me sweat a lot. I was drenched when I took it off and the funny thing is I wasn’t hot at all. It is a very breathable material.
