They're great to use as a head scarf if you're having hair issues or going through treatments. Material (chiffon) is soft, not scratchy, and stayed in place for me. My head is petite and it fits great. Doesn't show through when you fold the material over if you use as a head scarf and has enough coverage for a little tail which is pretty. Colors are all beautiful. Finally, I have solid colors to match my wardrobe. The gray has a pretty purple undertone. The light orange is actually a light peach. The ginger is not my favorite, wish they'd put a pink in it's place. Hard to find head covers that aren't overwhelming with too much material for a smaller head.
