Love this stuff!
2 year groomer, And this stuff is a must! It the only product i notice actually helps with detangling and helps me save so many coats from shave downs. On goldens, Pyrenees, Aussies, collies, the list goes on but makes there coats shine and bounce like no tomorrow. Iโm obsessed and recommend to all groomers!

This is a game changer!!! MUST HAVE!!
There are no words to explain what a difference this makes on my cockapoos hair! Her hair mats up sooo easy it's unreal. I spent WEEKS researching different brands, and finally decided to try this one. I'm so glad I did. Since her first bath with this - she went from being HAVING to be bathed every 2-3 days (which is incredibly unhealthy) to making it as far as THREE WEEKS!!! In between baths! The main thing I was looking for in a spray was to speed up dry time. It literally takes almost an hour to get her fully dry. Which is stressful for her and me! I feel like it has made a difference, but I keep forgetting to time it. It's makes her hair smell good, so much more manageable, smooth (enough that can brush thru her easily for over a week!!), fluffy, and it REALLY does help repel dirt!! I thought there was no way that was possible. But it definitely does! It doesn't take much of this spray at all!!! It is well worth EVERY PENNY. I will never give her bath again with out it! I do have to say I am no professional groomer! There very well could be better products out there. I have tried several though, and none even came close to the results I get from this!

Miracle product!
I was prepared to be disappointed again with another purchase to help manage my double coated dogโs coat. I was wrong. So wrong. Diluted 1/16 ratio, and applied with a spray bottle after towel drying my pup. Brushed it through her coat and spent a little extra time massaging it into her neck, tail and pants, as that is where her coat is thickest. Turned on the dryer and went to town. She seemed to dry faster but I didnโt have a timer going. What did happen, though, was an early snowstorm of fur surrounded us. So much of her undercoat came out! So happy! I did not pre brush her as much as I normally do for a bath so this was an amazing miracle of grooming. She finished fluffy, clean, and soft, just from drying her and brushing her out with the BioSilk dog brush. Downsides: The scent is a little chemical for me, but not strong and faded before the end of the blow dry. Biggest warning: this stuff is SLICK. I sprayed her in the tub at the dog wash, but if you do this at home, scrub the bathtub after. Even residue transfer is dangerous! When we came home, she conked out in her usual spot on my hardwood floor. The next day, I stepped on the same spot and biffed it, hard. I mopped up the residue with water and the floor seemed much less slippery after. The tiny bottle will probably last me the rest of my senior pupโs life. Heck, it probably would have lasted me her entire life, period. Diluted, I sprayed a one hundred pound Great Pyrenees down well with less than two ounces of product. Thatโs .125 oz of the original 4 oz bottle, or 32 washes. For about sixty cents a bath, this is AMAZING. If you have a small dog, or one with less fur itโll last you even longer.

I have mixed feelings about this product...
Updated review, 2023: I took a break from using this while my dog was going through a coat change but have since come back to it. I really like this as an after-bath treatment before drying. Same results on the coat texture as mentioned below, however, since she's no longer going through a coat change, there are no more problems with matting. Still works great for de-matting before a bath, too. Original review, 2020: I bought the 4 oz concentrate for $19 (notice it has gone up $2 since I bought it about a month ago). I read somewhere that this was discontinued, which I find hard to believe, since it has such a cult following. So, I tried this diluted 1:15 with distilled water in a continuous spray bottle and used it as a leave-in spray on my shorter haired dog after his bath and it made his hair look lustrous and feel so soft after blow-drying. Then I tried it as a leave-in on my long (show coat) haired dog and what an absolute nightmare! Her hair is very cottony/soft. The spray made her coat look very nice at first, but then she started matting the same day and I kept finding huge mats on her each day until her next bath a week later. I almost bathed her again after 4-5 days just so I could wash it all out. Anyway, I will continue using this as a leave-in for my 2 short-haired dogs, but will only use as a de-matting spray before bathing my long-haired dog... making sure to wash it out completely before drying and brushing her. The 4 oz should last me quite a while, which is nice since it's on the pricey side.

Pomeranian Hair Approved! - will buy again
I have a Pomeranian, if you have a dog like this you will know brushing their hair is a chore with two layers of fur and a tendency to matte relatively quickly. I ended up choosing this based off the of the reviews and was not disappointed. Pomeranian's hair is thick and matted and hard to brush out, and even harder that my dog hates it. So this product said best to use after a bath (but can use it at anytime). So I gave my dog a bath, sprayed "the stuff" all over his hair and took my brush to him (I use a comb metal brush). I was very surprised at the detangling aspect of the spray. It didn't take out mattes that had been untouched for way to long (months) but it definitely helped detangle his hair and made it easier to get the brush through it. His hair was soft, smelt good, and best of all, untangled with no mattes! I brushed him later that week and was shocked that the brush could still get through his hair fairly easily! I have recently been told that you are supposed to dampen the dogs hair before brushing it anyway to avoid static and splitting of the hair, so this has been my go to. I don't see has big of a detangling benefit when the dog is dry and I use this product. But the overall softness of his coat and smell is great. It also gets rid of the static which has been very helpful during such a long and cold winter. I also like that it's non toxic and hypoallergenic which is nice to not have to worry about. If you've only used it on a dry dog, I would try it after a bath, because that's when it really shines in my eyes! My groomers can stop lecturing me about brushing his hair! "The Stuff" has proved to be my secret weapon for Pom Grooming. Will purchase again once this bottle is used up! :)

This is not very effective.
This is a very thin solution, like water, that doesn't stay on the matted areas long enough to do much good. I had another brand that I got from a groomer that was thicker, more like shampoo or cream rinse that did a much better job. I'll be getting that from the groomer again. Wet Schnauzers mat up pretty quickly when their coats are between regular grooms. Unfortunately this doesn't do the job.

Phenomenal product!
My Pyrenees dogs coat is amazing and itโs no longer a battle to brush her! My horses manes and tails are silky and untangle very easily. I use this once per week on them, improves coats and tails over time! Amazing!

Great product
This is fantastic product, you dilute it down and spray it on dog after a shampoo, I did rinse it off, gives a nice smell, coat is very smooth makes grooming very easy, afterwards. I keep a spray bottle by the garage sink, mixed with a very weak solution of fabric conditioner and you never have a smelly dog again! Would recommend this to anyone who grooms dogs, it really does cut clipping time, and I'm not a professional yet!

Amazing product, very happy !!
I bought this product and it arrived within a few days in the mail. Very prompt service !! I have two Australian Cobberdogs who can matt if not brushed through regularly. This product when I diluted it as directed, was awesome. It made getting knots and matts out much easier than any product I have used in the past. I'll definitely purchase again ... 5 Stars !!

If you have a dog with matted fur, you need this product.
I only use it once or twice a month because it has silicone in it and it can sort of feel kind of greasy if you use too often without washing. Also, be careful as it makes wood floors very slippery. That said, LIFE SAVER. for realzies. This "stuff" is magical. impossible matts just come apart. I actually find that in addition to the session when I apply it, It's even more effective when I dry -brush her coat the following days. It's like she just got back from the groomers. The slicker just glides through her fur, and grooming sessions that were lasting upwards of thirty minutes or even longer, are suddenly ten to fifteen minutes and then done. And just look at her! A Princess like that gets only the best products to help her stay her prettiest. FYI I know my groomer swears by it as well. Honestly, five stars isn't enough!๐
