Need to redesign the lid
Liked the item, seemed to be just what I needed. Unfortunately the knob of glass on the lid which is what you grip to remove the lid is, in my opinion, the wrong shape. Design should be either, a sphere, an inverted triangle or a mushroom 🍄 shape. Being parallel sided and smooth I found it difficult to grip and it slipped out of my fingers. Should be easy enough to alter the design, at that point I would buy more.

Received item not as description as the sale page!
I was shocked for sale ''it's a new item'' which are not. I received the boxes looked like been returned many times and ages long, when I opened it, the glass lid are cracked and black spot on it. This is imperfection, chipped lid and used item.
