An excellent machine, just set the exact amount for your cup. Only boiling what is required, unlike kettles. And it is sturdy, again unlike kettles, which can be tipped over. I would recommend this for anyone with Arthritis.

It leaked

Very pleased. A bit messy to use with water and condensation puddles but over all much better than boiling a kettle. Hopefully an energy saving?

This was a lovely hot water dispenser and very modern looking. Easy to use but sadly there was just too much steam from it and condensation. A bigger kitchen would probably be perfect for it. I had to return this item and it was pleasure, the company and Amazon made it very easy for me so a big thank you for that.

This is the second type of hot water dispenser we have had in 18 months. Previous one lasted about a year before problems occurred, this one just 5 months😱. It cuts out regularly and needs resetting. The quantities that it delivers on specific settings vary. Bloomin’ useless. We will be attempting to return and refund if possible and going back to a kettle. Not recommended.

Yes a bit slow to pour but a very nice machine you will not be disappointed

I thought this was of good value, but my problem was it pours far to slow, it's great for one or two people, but for my larger family it takes far too long to pour. ideal for pensioner or single person, or anyone with arthritic hands, this would make life much easier.
