There is a lot to like about this suitcase. The interior is much like other high end luggage and well done. The exterior has held up well through my first two trips and it is easily identifiable on the luggage carousel. The TSA lock is very handy and avoids the need to apply a fastener to keep the case from being opened during transit. But the best feature, by far, are the wheels. As others have commented, these are the smoothest rolling, easy to handle wheels I've experienced, even on suitcases costing twice as much as this one. Amazing engineering. My only complaint is that the retractable handle could be a few inches longer to accommodate stacking a briefcase or small carry on.

This is a great traveling suitcase, however, the periwinkle 27" is not USB equipped. Very disappointed as this was a main reason why I purchased this bag. The 19" does, but in the comparison chart, it shows the 7272 model as being USB equipped. Overall, good product but a little misleading about the USB.

Purchased for 14 day land sea cruise. Held up to all the beating of multiple flights and ship and shore loads and unloads. Size is perfect but can be overloaded past 50 lbs if not careful

By far the best suitcase I ever had, just love it. Very easy to roll and turn and great great for travel.
