I came on here and read some reviews... which solved my problem. Once I read people say you need to keep inflating, I read the ball instructions and it said a 30in ball should have the circumference of 93in. The ball looked inflated but when I measured, I was like 20in off! My little electric hand pump didn't have the power to finish inflating, so I got the foot pump back out and within a few minutes the ball filled the cover! Honestly, I'm still like 4in low but my foot was getting tired.. read the ball instructions, measure it and keep inflating until you hit the recommended size and the cover will fit!
