My new longbow had lots of noise when shot so I bought this string to make it go away. It worked. Bow is super quiet but my goodness the new had shock was very noticeable. Found the right brace height to calm it down. String keeps stretching though. Got a longbow quiver on order they say those work to some degree to dampen the shock. Good looking string too.

I liked that it's a bow string. I used it for a bow, as the string.(they don't let you leave this field blank.)...while I'm here, I guess I'll add that the colors are bright, there's no twang in my ancient fiberglas longbow, and my generally critical eye failed to notice any little hints of general cheapness. And if I recall correctly it's not from China, and feels like it's not from China.

A quality product at a fair price and arrives early. I will be using this company again for some of my other bows.

Great traditional bowstring. It was thicker than the one I replaced with it. Seems durable and should last you a while provided you use some bow wax. Perfect for a traditional long bow.

the windings for the nock point were too low. By quite a bit. Arrow nock barely made it on the windings. had to add windings to meet standard.

I had no problem with the string, my bow crafting skills though... leave something to be desired.
