Inner surface is super slick and comes clean without scrubbing. ### ā­ā­ā­ā­ā­ Good nonstick products *by D***E on October 9, 2020* I have several of the Ravelli saucepans and frying pan, some I've had for at least two years. The best thing about them is they keep their nonstick properties. Even when I've let something burn out on the stove they clean up in a snap and look as good as new. The saucepans are on the thin side so they boil water or other liquids very quickly and I do have to be keep an eye on them, but that's no big deal. An earlier review said they're not quite flat on the bottom, they're a little unstable, that's true but again it's not a big deal, just need to be placed on the burner so they stay without trying to tip over when they're empty. Once I put food in them they stay stable.
