It did come with a box, paperwork, and a tag but the quality is lacking. Each button is a different height which makes this very hard to set with your fingers. The G-SHOCK name at the top of the face appears to be a touch off center as well. The band is very thin compared to all the other g-shocks I own and seems to be a different material than my others.
