This is my second order of this product. I find it excellent for adding a tangy, citrusy flavour to dishes. It’s much more economical than purchasing those small jars from supermarkets.

Taste is good but has chunkier flakes than other brands I’ve purchased, and I prefer the consistency more refined I guess? I’ll put it through my coffee grinder and that should do the trick

I’ve gone through a few brands since I use a lot of sumac and more Turkish spices but the quality has always been off and not what I’m used to. I purchase two diff brands and both were delivered today. You can see how fresh the one from Çerez Pazarı looks, it’s vibrant and the other doesnt. Now I’m disappointed that I didn’t buy my mint from here and stuck with a stale one from a competitor.

What a wildly delicious ingredient! I took a class on cooking Jordanian food, and this is one of the key ingredients that the instructor used. I was delighted to be able to find it! It tastes amazing, the color is vibrant! And it was a good value for the price
