This Sumac is nice and fragrant. You get an enormous amount for an inexpensive price which is nice when you use a lot of sumac. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is…it’s abit on the chunky, coarse side. I wish it would have been alittle more ground. Other than that, it’s been great in the Mediterranean dishes we cook.

Product had no safety seal between the lid and the jar. The spice smells completely different from Badia Sumac. Nonrefundable of course, because it's food. I'm out $8.
