I like it because it helps to get energy during training and after training.

Turning back the hands of time: As an avid weightlifter for over 35 years, I was losing my strength. I tried various supplements and adjusted my weight lifting regimen with no results. Then I started analyzing my diet. It was low on protein but sufficient in calories. Adding Gaspari’s Amino Max was the solution. At over 50 years old, I’m close to some of my old personal bests of 25 years ago and injury free. I’m very happy with this product.

The item came partially opened. There was a lot of dust at the bottom from the supplements being broken up. I don't feel comfortable taking this and apparently I cannot return it so if you are considering this keep that in mind.
