Outstanding cookbook to help simplify your keto lifestyle
I love all of Martina Slajerova's cookbooks, and I think her latest, "Keto All Day," may be her best yet! For those of you new to Martina's culinary creations, her recipes are exclusively keto, whole-food based, easy to follow and prepare, and absolutely delicious. She's truly the queen of keto cooking! "Keto All Day" allows you to plan your meals for the entire day in a way that makes the most sense for you, based on your food preferences and tolerances, as well as what ingredients and cookware you have on hand and the amount of time you can devote to meal prep and cooking. There are more than 100 enticing recipes in this book, including Carrot Cake Oatmeal for breakfast, an absolutely stunning Vegetable Rose Pie for lunch, and Keto Kung Pao Chicken for dinner. There are also several keto-friendly appetizer, dessert, and drink recipes that may very likely become favorites for entertaining. Complete nutritional information accompanies each recipe (very important to me, as a registered dietitian), along with beautiful photography throughout the book. If you're looking for delicious, healthy, easy-to-prepare recipes in a well-organized book, I highly recommend "Keto All Day."

Flavorful & impressive keto recipes for experienced cooks
Martina Slajerova is one of my favorite keto cookbook authors. As all her other books have been before it, this one is a home run. If you like very flavorful dishes with different herbs & spices -- things that run the gamut from Greek to Mexican to Middle Eastern to Eastern European, Asian, and beyond, this is a good book to add major flair to your cooking. I would say it's not the best book if you're brand new to keto, though. There's no info on why or how the diet works; it's all recipes, straight-up. (For newbies, start with her first book, The KetoDiet Cookbook.) This book is also probably better for people who enjoy cooking and have a bit of experience doing so. If your cooking skills stop at opening cans and boiling water, this probably isn't the best book for you. But if you *do* like cooking and want to add flair to your keto diet, this is a great buy. And no doubt -- you can easily entertain with these recipes. Your friends & family who don't eat keto won't miss the carbs at all when you bring these rich & satisfying meals to the table.Some of the recipes seem intimidating at first because the ingredient lists are long, but you'll notice it's mostly just different seasonings, so if you enjoy cooking and you keep a well-stocked spice rack and pantry (for canned tomatoes, nut flours, keto-friendly sweeteners, etc.), it's no problem. For anyone who thinks keto is nothing but bunless bacon cheeseburgers and pepperoni, Martina's books will open your eyes to the endless possibilities, whether you prefer red meat, poultry, fish, or vegetables. (Not that there's anything wrong with bunless bacon cheeseburgers!)A great keto cookbook for experienced cooks who want to step things up.

Poor publishing/binding job
I ordered this book as a pre-order and have been looking forward to it! I just received it in the mail. It's a very nice book on the outside but when I opened it I discovered the contents of the book were bound upside down. Also, the binding is not complete as multiple pages fell out when I opened it and many others are barely hanging on. I do not want to go through the trouble of re-packaging and shipping back and I would like a replacement. The recipes look really good!

Favorite Keto cookbook! You will love it !
This is my favorite Keto Book , I use this book more than all of my other keto cookbooks ! Must buy!

Very Statisfied Keto Cook
This is my 2nd book by Martina Slajerova and have 1 more book on the way. My husband is not Keto but I made Martin's Chocolate Chip Pancakes and he loved them. I like her books and don't think you will be dissatisfied if you purchase them. Happy Keto Cooking!

Love doing the Ketogenic Lifestyle and this book is a great starter book for beginners.

Keto Simple by Martina Slajerova
January 2020First, I’d like to say that the recipes in this book are as delicious and the pictures look!Martina teaches you to buy the best ingredients that are available to you, so your outcome will be optimal.Most the recipes I’ve tried, the prep times were short and there was not a whole lot of ingredients. Which helps to get you in and out of the kitchen quickly.My favorite recipe is the Eggs Benedict with Avo-Feta Smash...fabulous!The recipes are easy to follow and her book is well organized.It’s a lifestyle change.

The recipes are so delicious - this cookbook makes it fun and easy to stay on a low carb/keto diet!!!

Nice book, good recipies but a fair few repeated from other books.
Really nice cook book with some yummy looking recipies however... having recently brought 4 of Martina Slakerovas other Keto books I can see quite a few recipies that have already featured in these others. I perhaps wouldn’t have bothered ordering if I had known this. But if you are new to her books this is a great place to start has some of my already tried faves in there.

Another Jewel by Martina!
I’ve got almost every book Martina has published and I also use her KetoDiet App every day. It’s hard to find a favourite, but this time she’s done it for me! 😊😊 Most of the recipes in this new book are in my personal favourite list so by having it in my kitchen I always have quick and easy access to my favs. Like always her photography is delicious and the recipes super easy to follow. I love that she always uses the allergen codes in each recipe so you know at once if that one is for you (I don’t eat dairy, for example).Thank you Martina! It’s impressive how many quality books you can bring us! 👏🏼👏🏼

Best One Yet
I got all of Martina's Book but this might be the best one yet. It's all focused on recipes and well organised between Basics, Breakfasts, Snacks and Appetizers, Soups and Salads, Lunches, Dinners, Drinks and Desserts and an extra section for homemade sauces varying from BBQ to ketchup all without using artificial sweeteners or vegetable oils.There is something for everybody whether it's a complex cake or quick portable lunch.

Fantastic, easy and delicious recipes!
Wow! I've only had the book for 2 weeks and have made about 6 of the recipes already - they're brilliant! I love how easy this book is to follow and the sheer variety of cuisines made keto - from Mexican to Italian to Indian dishes. The pork carnita recipe is unbelievable! And so damn delicious and easy!I'm a big fan of Martina's recipe books and feel that this one is my favourite so far!

Delicious healthy food & quick and easy recipes
The book includes some fantastic and tasty recipes which wows all my non-keto friends. The book is easy to follow and all recipes turn out perfectly. The Peri Peri Nuts are the best you will ever make. you will never want to eat shop bought spiced nuts again. I would recommend it to both Keto and non-Keto friends, mainly because the recipes never disappoint.
