OTC Cervical Collar, Soft Contour Foam, Neck Support Brace, White Average 3" Depth, Small

I opted for the universal collar so that more than one person can wear it as the size goes form small to large in the one items by having more velcro. As some people have already mentioned, it was delivered by Amazon in a pouch so the box the collar was in got completely destroyed--no fault of OTC. I opted for th 2.5" height which is never indicated on the box. When I first saw it I thought it as very skinny but upon placing it on the neck it fit well. The one problem I find is that the foam is very pliable so that you really do not keep the neck to immobile. I was also disappointed that there was no material covering over it to keep it clean and sweat free, I am thinking of putting an old bandana around it.

I Fractured my Cervical Neck from C1 through C3 in early June 2023. After 6 horrible, painful, & scary weeks in the Hospital & Rehab to learn how to even live now, I was told they were fortunately incomplete fractures, so I am not Paralyzed from my neck down & zippers did not die from this horrific injury caused by a fall in home. But it was not healing at all this time & they could not do any surgery to put it back together or stabilize the fracture to prevent either death or paralysis from the neck down in my future!!! The best thing I needed to do it never fall again (which did not happen because I fell recently at 3 months after the original injury ), & to remain in a Cervical Collar the rest of my life. I HAVE TO WEAR the original very rigid collar when leaving home, traveling in a vehicle, or anywhere or anytime e I will be in an unfamiliar place e that could lead to another neck injury! This I have done. I also can wear a Soft Collor like these OTC collars while at home including while I sleep & eat. This Collar is so much more comfortable than the rigid one especially because of6 the lower chin support from 3 1 /2 inches to a 2 1 /2 inch support. My head no longer feels hyperextended, I can eat easier, & I can talk now & actually be heard & u derstood!!! I highly recommend the OTC soft Cervical Brace/Collar.

After reading the reviews I made sure I ordered a size up, but the velcro area was still too short, making it uncomfortable. The foam is stiff and the covering fabric a bit rough for my purposes which was to sleep with it for neck stabilization for CPAP therapy. Perhaps for day use it would be okay for neck support. but you may need to order two sizes up because of the short velcro.

I'm glad I got this neck support. Since I have a short neck, and after trying other ones, it's the only one that fits perfect. It's soft, very comfortable and gives me the support I need. I wear it all day and night. I had cervical surgery 2 months ago and I started having neck pain again. This neck brace def helps!

Because of the size of my neck it seemed impossible for me to find a brace. You all made one that fits perfect.

The material could be much softer and comfortable.

My husband needed a dark collar to stabilize his neck, and this one is very nice. I also purchased a cover sleeve to keep it clean and refreshed.

The collar is way too small for Americans . Of course made in China.

Il a fallu dès le départ recoudre la bande velcro. C'est très bas de gamme mais je n'ai rien trouvé d'autre qui était assez grand, donc c'est OK.

Size is bigger than measurements say . I had to tighten it past velcro setting but needed it right away so no time to send back & reorder. Also wish there was my size in black as they do get dirty quickly being white .Otherwise worked well & served the purpose ...was comfortable.

I had a fall and fractured two vertebrae’s, and after wearing on aspen collar for four months, the soft foam collar was a relief and still give me the support that I needed. I would buy it again if I needed to.
