I purchased this to save me time making beef jerky. I buy 7 pound roasts to slice and wanted them thinner. This works great and saves me tons of time. It is easy to clean up and so far it works great. The blade comes out easily and I wipe down the main part. So easy. I also found out it slices sourdough bread perfectly! I also bake my own sourdough and wanted thinner slices, this works like a dream. Very satisfied with this purchase. I’ve had it around 6 months now.

My daughter baptism has a lot of people. She wanted prime rib, talked her down to French dip sandwiches. Cooked about 35 lbs of roast and sliced it all on this guy. Was able to buy blocks of cheese for cheaper and use this to slice it. Easy to use and worked well for all that. Have used it a couple times sense. Save money by buying uncut meat and cheese. Cleaning is not the easiest but not too hard either. Comes apart easily to clean each part.

I love this slicer! I use it to make jerky. It cuts evenly. I borrowed a slicer from a friend, didn't like it.Compared to this one that I purchased. Clean up is easy.The blade, and guide cleans up easily.But the body assembly is what it will be for any slicer, can be tricky to get the meat out.I would definitely buy this slicer again. My son asked for one, and his birthday is coming up.

It's just what we were looking for! Works great and slices perfectly at all different sizes. It's easy to clean and very light weight.

So far so good. It cut quite well. Easy cleaning. Works well, nice compact size. Just know that it's not an industry meat cutter and you need to cut slow. But it worked better than I expected for the money.

It is decent for light use but if you plan on cutting a lot of meat then I wouldn’t recommend it
