A bunch of people have mentioned the wrinkly aspect of the fabric, but I think that is a positive rather than a negative. I love the crinkly look. It is a look, not a downfall. I also ordered the California King size for my regular king size bed based on other reviews and I was glad I did. I love the zipper rather than button closure. I also love the feel of the pillow cases. It is that crinkly but soft feel and I crave it before I get in bed and feel so luxurious when I’m in bed. The white is a true white. I have a sage color down comforter inside the white duvet. You can see it slightly, but not really. It still looks white. I also put a light gray blanket across the bottom for aesthetics. It looks crisp and clean! My comforter hung over the edge of my mattress nicely without the duvet cover. Now that the duvet cover is on, it sits on top of the bed a bit like a feather bed would, and hardly hangs over the edges of the mattress at all ( only about 3 in on each side) . Zipper seems quality and well tucked in when not needed, it has corner ties if you bother tying your duvet cover inside, though I’ve found it’s a waste of time I know others find useful.My only complaint is the softness, it’s 100% cotton but I can’t find an actual thread count anywhere and it’s just not as soft as my other covers.
