There are two different listings for measurements. Go by the Amazon chart because this runs 1 to 2 sizes smaller. I got the large and I have a 38 inch bust. According to the manufacturer they should fit me but it is way too tight in the chest. Because of the material there is no give at all. These have an interior sheath that really isn't very stretchy, but you can wear it tight.It's very pretty and flattering.
